Overview
We want you to love your wig! Please read our refund and return guidelines carefully before making a purchase.
Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged wig, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product.
We will gladly send a replacement wig or issue a full refund.
Please do not cut the lace, wash, or alter the wig before contacting us. Once altered, the wig is not eligible for return or refund.
Items Lost in Transit:
By ordering from us, you agree to our posted shipping timeframes. Most wigs arrive within the estimated delivery window, but external factors (such as customs delays) may occasionally extend this period.
If your order exceeds the estimated shipping time by 10 business days, you may contact us for a replacement wig or a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your wig, provided the wig meets the following conditions:
Lace is uncut and wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged
Wig is returned in its original packaging
❌ Wigs that have been cut, worn, styled, washed, dyed, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information so you can follow up directly with the shipping provider.
